The Mantsinen 300 is second to none in efficiency, despite its massive size the machine is agile, precise, and easy to control.
Mantsinen 300 material handler takes vessel loading and unloading operation efficiency to a whole new level. This enables the fastest work cycle in the market and the best productivity in its class. The 300 is designed to meet the requirements of modern material handling and is capable of moving cargo up to Panamax class ships, but it can also handle heavy general cargo and containers. For example, the 300 series material handler is able to move a full 40ft container about 22 meters without having to change its position. Despite its massive size, Mantsinen 300 is just as agile and precise as any smaller material handlers.
Mantsinen has been the global frontrunner in developing the energy efficiency of material handlers since 2006. A next generation HybriLift® -energy recovery system has been developed and patented for Mantsinen 300.

CONTAINER HANDLING
Efficiency and capacity are not mutually exclusive features any longer. The Mantsinen 300 can handle full 40 foot containers while speeding up the production at a port or a terminal. This machine can handle up to 45 containers per hour.
LARGE VESSEL LOADING MADE EASY
Loading larger size vessels is now easier to do than ever. The Mantsinen 300 is a perfect machine for loading containers, bulk materials, and break bulk type cargo into large ocean going vessels up to the Panamax class.
GENERAL CARGO HANDLING
The versatility of the Mantsinen 300 together with a wide selection of attachments makes loading and unloading general cargo effortless. The fast cycle times and high lifting capacity of the machine makes material handling operations efficient and allows the operators to handle more cargo in a shorter time.
STEEL COIL HANDLING
The ease of control makes handling steel coils and other heavy cargo simple and safe. The clamp can be operated with fully integrated controls making sure that the material do not get damaged during the process.
BULK HANDLING
When speed and capacity are the name of the game, the Mantsinen 300 will be your best bet to get the results that you need. High cycle times together with large capacity buckets are the answer to better results. This machine can produce over 1,300 tons per hour in bulk material handling applications.
